Farewell, Midori! Sad to see you have closed! I have been to the other location in Sherman Oaks but this one in Encino was my favorite. For sushi, I was often coming here, to Mon, or Dojo for a while. Some of my favorite items on the menu were the halibut, black & red snapper, and sweet shrimp sushis. Also loved the shrimp with the heads to dip in soy sauce. So delicious!! Good service every time I was there and easy parking on Ventura Blvd. Would be coming back for sure if/when you reopen!

So sad to hear the Encino location is now closed permanently :(. I loved this place. I guess Sherman oaks it is.

Wow! one of the best all you can eat sushi we have had so far after Covid. Finally a place that has fresh fish. We walked in on a busy Friday night and were not disappointed $45 per person. Service was fast big menu to order from and staff is so friendly and kid. They have a large bag area and tables that have a cozy vibe. Highly recommend !

Just came to say that this is my fave sushi spot! The 911, Encino & Godzilla rolls are outstanding! The scallop sashimi was so refreshing with a hint of lemon! Until my next sushi stuffing-my-face adventure!

AYCE high end, quality sushi. Fast service, easy street parking, great sake.beer combo specials, friendly staff. We eat alot of sushi and Midori is top notch (my wife is from Asia and picky re finding quality sushi). Have never been charged for something left on the plate but recommend folks order responsibly. A neighborhood gem but welcomes everyone. Can get crowded on weekends around 7ish but generally a relatively short wait and well worth it.

Midori is the place you want to dine at if you're a big fan of sushi and Japanese cuisine. Parking is at the front of the establishments Ventura Blvd,and Amestoy st. (Parking meter) and at the back of the restaurant is complimentary. It took us a while to get seated. There are still many people who come and are willing to wait. All our meals are very delicious, especially the fried soft shell crabs, that we ordered 7 times. Fried oyster is huge and fresh, spicy tuna rice crispy, chicken karaage, gyoza, shisito pepper, edamame,spider roll, volcano roll, etc. Their service is awesome, very attentive, and friendly. All you can eat $38.95/person got 90 mins to eat. If you are slow eater then your time is ticking. place is clean, not too much noise. Highly recommended give it a try , azure you will love it and keep on coming back.

Was doing a walk around Ventura Blvd and found this place. They have Al a carte and all you can eat. The fish is fresh and the rice for sashimi and rolls taste good. I prefer sashimi over rolls in general. The all you can eat includes non fish items like chicken, steak, tempura, soup, salad and goza. The employees are very friendly and attentive. Facilities are clean and metered parking on the street. I'm not sure if there is parking in the rear? Will come back often
